Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Visibility Tracker ("the Service"), operated by GM Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
AI Visibility Tracker is a SaaS platform that monitors and analyzes your brand's visibility across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The Service collects AI-generated responses to user-defined prompts, detects brand mentions, analyzes cited sources, and provides visibility analytics.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per organization unless explicitly authorized for multi-tenant use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Service to monitor brands or individuals without a legitimate business purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or manipulate AI platform outputs.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Exceed reasonable API usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. Data Ownership
- Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (brand names, prompts, configurations). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
- AI Response Data: Responses collected from AI platforms are factual data generated by third-party services. We store and analyze this data on your behalf as part of the Service.
- Derived Analytics: Visibility scores, sentiment analysis, and other computed metrics are derived from AI response data and are provided as part of your subscription.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service offers optional integrations with third-party services including Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. When you connect these integrations:
- You authorize us to access your data from these services in read-only mode.
- Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
- You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings page.
- We handle all Google API data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
6. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- The daily data pipeline runs at approximately 7:00 AM ET. Delays may occur due to AI platform rate limits or maintenance.
- We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
- AI platform availability and response quality are outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI visibility data or analytics.
- We are not responsible for changes in AI platform behavior, algorithms, or availability.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Subscription & Payment
- Subscription plans and pricing are as described on our website or in your service agreement.
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
- Accounts with overdue payments may have access suspended.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support.
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
- Provisions regarding data ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
